SAN Group is based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa and forms part of the Sentratek Holdings Group of companies

SAN was formed by merging our Groups HVAC Projects and Domestic Service companies whilst transforming our business units in line with South Africa’s Skills development and Broad Based Black Equity program.

Our AEG Projects staff have been concluding Large Industrial Air-conditioning and Refrigeration projects in Mozambique, Angola, Zambia, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania and Madagascar while our domestic service divisions primarily operated in South Africa completing AC and Refrigeration installations primarily in the Eastern Cape.As the business grew we found it necessary to improve our service levels from a centralized control centre.

Collectively we have over 100 years of experience supplying and installing quality air-conditioning and refrigeration products at Retail supermarket chains, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, Cold storage facilities, Property developers, Government ,homes, offices, retail chains, warehouses and factories across the Eastern Cape and in Africa. Our headquarters in Port Elizabeth includes offices, workshop and warehouse space, and acts as the base from where we service clients throughout the province.

Our group has Design, and Manufacturing entities which, when combined, allow for a cohesive project team that can compete in any country in Africa today. As a South African based contractor our strike rate and turn-about time on sites is phenomenal. This is due to our diversely qualified and multi skilled technical staff complement backed up by our experienced management team.

Our Services

Project Management & Outsourcing

Some of our clients, including customers such as Shoprite, ABSA, and the Provincial Government, choose to outsource non-core activities such as the maintenance of their air-conditioning and refrigeration plants.

In these instances, we are responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing their equipment, often reducing the cost of repairs through systematic and comprehensive maintenance programmes. Clients liaise directly with the SAN Service and Maintenence Department receiving regular progress reports.

Our Client Service and Product Support

SAN Group has a 24-hour mobile workshop back-up and support system for all our products. We offer a comprehensive programme of support for air-conditioning and refrigeration plant to ensure the smooth operation of equipment.

Our spares store and supply chain are well maintained to ensure that downtime is kept to a minimum. We also offer Spares audit and resupply facilities to ensure that remote clients can have spares procured, consolidated and shipped to site with minimum effort.
